At TDS by Nomios, I manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing and interviews through candidate presentation and onboarding follow-up. I work with Business Managers and key account clients to understand their needs and find scarce talent in cybersecurity, cloud, networks, DevOps, data, and development.
I previously recruited developers and SysOps profiles at Keoje, collaborating with technical teams and managers to define needs, publish job descriptions, and coordinate interviews. I kept candidates informed throughout the process and provided feedback whether or not they were selected.
Earlier, I worked in recruitment and HR at Friends Food, AXA Assurance, and Doual'Air. At Friends Food, I supervised and delegated tasks to a team of 10, coordinated onboarding, and maintained a candidate pool.
