Saniya Tomar

I have a background in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, with experience spanning full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing and stakeholder management.

Most recently, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Criteo, supporting R&D, Engineering and IT recruitment across EMEA and India. I managed recruitment processes from role intake and sourcing to candidate screening, interviews, offer management and closing. During my time there, I contributed to 20 successful hires across technical positions, including Software Engineers, SREs, AI and Machine Learning Engineers, IT Business Analysts and Senior Product Owners.

My earlier HR experience in India also gave me exposure to diverse recruitment needs and strengthened my ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

I particularly enjoy technical recruitment, understanding challenging hiring requirements, developing sourcing strategies and building meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring managers. I am also interested in AI, SaaS, FinTech, technology innovation and diversity and inclusion.

I am looking to continue growing within an international organisation where I can contribute my recruitment experience, develop greater ownership of hiring strategies and progress towards becoming a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner.
