I’m seeking a senior finance leadership role (CFO/Finance Director or Interim CFO) in an international, growth‑focused company where I can improve finance processes, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive strategic, efficient financial outcomes.

I’m a financial professional with over 30 years’ experience working mainly in large, complex international groups, focused on developing CFO processes and improving financial outcomes.

I have a background in accounting and have held senior roles including Group CFO and Finance Director, with full responsibility for group finance, HR and IT across multi‑country operations. I regularly reported to CEOs and worked closely with Boards, auditors, banks and other external partners.

As a seasoned leader I have led cross‑functional and cross‑national teams for over 20 years, building efficient finance teams and driving timely, business‑critical decisions. My leadership style is encouraging, present, transparent, empathic yet firm.

Since founding MTS Konsultointi Oy I have provided interim CFO and management consulting services, quickly adapting to changing environments and delivering measurable efficiency improvements in finance processes and reporting.
