At LC Waikiki, I work on retail planning applications, translating business needs into functional specifications, development requests, and acceptance criteria. I partner with business stakeholders and software teams from discovery through delivery.
I define planning and allocation rules, analyze algorithm-based decision logic, and look for ways to streamline manual workflows. I also use SQL and SQL-based business logic to clarify technical requirements and investigate application issues.
I test functional changes, coordinate UAT, and troubleshoot production issues. My work also includes managing change requests in Jira and preparing process maps, documentation, and user guides; I use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Cursor to support research and delivery.
