At Blue Reef Water Solutions, I coordinate delivery across key accounts, including internationally branded hospitality properties, while keeping several client service agreements moving at once.
I maintain RAID logs and RAG-status reports for leadership, and follow up with suppliers, contractors and senior client stakeholders to keep actions and service dates current. I also prepare proposals, costings and scope documents and keep client records accurate in Zoho CRM.
Before my current role, I led delivery of a borehole water purification project for an industrial park client, coordinating contractors, costings and timelines through completion. I identified and escalated a raw-material supply delay early, helping keep the project on schedule.
My earlier work included supporting project planning, supplier coordination and client reporting, alongside lab testing and quality control. I hold a BSc Honours in Microbiology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and completed Project Management Essentials training.
