At Sopra Steria, I managed an international Active Directory migration across eight countries, bringing the program to completion without service interruption. I also managed the design and deployment of a Microsoft Azure Landing Zone with Terraform, followed by workload migration to production and knowledge transfer to operations teams.
At MONACO CYBER SÉCURITÉ, I managed 24/7 SOC, SIEM, EDR and cybersecurity projects for critical environments. The SOC and CERT deployments succeeded, and the PMO methodology I created from scratch was adopted internally.
As an independent consultant, I scope and deliver multi-site IT models, coordinate digital teams and vendors, and manage projects including biometric access control and an internal AI assistant. At ORANGE, I managed a 550-project portfolio and automated reporting with a presentation generator.
