Designed quality controls and served as the final escalation owner for complex member and laboratory issues, leading investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.

Managed clinical operations for a 20-person provider team serving more than 25,000 patients, triaging Tier 1 and Tier 2 requests for compliant resolution. Coordinated clinical, coaching, customer service, enrollment, and engineering workflows and supported a caseload of 220+ patients using motivational interviewing.

Served as the dedicated operational contact for Everly Health’s largest enterprise client, supporting more than 17 million eligible members. Created standardized communication templates across 40+ diagnostic offerings to improve consistency and cross-functional alignment.

Helped launch and scale an FDA-EUA-authorized at-home COVID-19 testing program by developing tracking and exception-management systems. Supported operational throughput and exception handling during rapid growth.

Managed operational performance across 10 external laboratory partnerships, monitoring service-level agreements and resolving processing issues. Coordinated corrective action for operational gaps and served as an operational contact for an enterprise client.

Coordinated admissions and insurance authorization for approximately 35 active and prospective neurorehabilitation patients each week across multiple Texas markets. Managed benefits verification, payer communication, clinical documentation, and billing support for complex TBI, spinal cord injury, and stroke cases.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Minor in Sociology, graduating in May 2017.
