At Baxi by Onafriq, I own requirements and delivery for payment and transaction products, from PRDs and user stories through backlog prioritization and API validation. I delivered the Keystone Bank integration through requirements, BIN confirmation and direct card routing configuration.
I also owned cross-functional delivery of the OnafriqPass MVP, coordinating Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance and Operations from requirements through launch. For BEDC, I designed POS receipt reprint controls to address a fraud vector and led receipt standardization to meet a regulatory deadline.
Before moving into product, I supported payment platforms and POS infrastructure at Capricorn Digital Limited. Real-time transaction monitoring and rapid issue resolution helped reduce transaction failure rates by 45%, and streamlined escalation workflows decreased average ticket resolution time by 30%.
Alongside product work, I design digital products as a freelance UI/UX designer. I've designed InvestScope from wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff, and designed the web UI for AssetLocka from the client's spec.
