I've built Mawjood, a multi-tenant AI customer-support SaaS that serves merchants through Instagram and Facebook DMs in Egyptian Arabic. Using .NET 9, Clean Architecture, Azure OpenAI, PostgreSQL, and pgvector, I engineered a RAG pipeline grounded in live Shopify catalog data and built an Angular dashboard for testing agent responses.
Through ITI's intensive Full-Stack Web and Generative AI programme, I've developed ASP.NET Core APIs, Angular and React front ends, PostgreSQL data models, and Docker-based delivery workflows. I also built DevHabit, a habit-tracking platform with streak analytics, and a responsive restaurant e-commerce platform using React, Redux Toolkit, Firebase, and Tailwind CSS.
