I'm looking for opportunities to lead industrial maintenance and automation initiatives, improve operational reliability and energy efficiency, and develop technical teams through continuous improvement.

At YKK El Salvador, I lead preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities and infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, boiler, compressed air, solar energy, and wastewater treatment systems.

I've managed technical personnel, maintenance plans, budgets, failure diagnosis, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Previously at CASW, I supervised electrical maintenance for textile production and wastewater treatment facilities, working with Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, and Schneider PLCs, industrial drives, and sensors.

I've also delivered industrial automation solutions through technical sales at Autocontrol and taught mechatronics, maintenance, automation, and electrical systems at ITCA-FEPADE.
