In my recent role as a Jr Systems Technician at EP Wealth Advisors, I managed Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, implemented system patches, and monitored network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki. I also automated administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts, which significantly improved efficiency.
