What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my data-quality, analysis, and process-improvement experience to maintain reliable enterprise data, streamline workflows, and support internal and external customers.

At Hologic, I maintain customer information across Microsoft Excel, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Salesforce, supporting legal entities, health systems, buying groups, and contacts.

I've maintained a 99.2% one-day turnaround rate for error tickets while coordinating match/merge, research, and data-cleansing initiatives for large datasets and install-base records. I also improve maintenance workflows and train new hires on data-quality procedures.

Previously, I supported retirement-plan clients at PASI Pension Services through payroll verification, projections, contribution calculations, account reconciliation, and pension-document amendments. My actuarial internships built my foundation in data analysis, SQL, modeling, and financial analysis.
