What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead strategic sourcing and procurement execution end-to-end, drive measurable cost savings and on-time delivery improvements, strengthen supplier performance, and support continuous improvement—ideally with clear ESG/sustainability impact.

I’m a procurement and project management professional with 9+ years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management across hospitality, construction, marine/port services, and medical device industries.

In consulting and category leadership roles, I execute end-to-end sourcing initiatives—RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract support—while building sourcing and category strategies that improve cost, quality, supplier performance, operational efficiency, and supply continuity. I develop supplier scorecards and monitor procurement KPIs like on-time delivery, lead time, quality, and responsiveness, and I identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis and supplier performance reviews.

On the execution side, I’ve managed procurement and PO lifecycles for newbuild, dry-dock, and capital projects—issuing and tracking purchase orders for critical materials and services, resolving PO discrepancies and invoice disputes, and coordinating with Engineering, Logistics, and suppliers to prevent operational delays. I also lead and mentor teams, standardize processes, and use continuous improvement approaches (including Kaizen and root-cause analysis) to strengthen compliance, reduce procurement risk, and support sustainability and waste-reduction outcomes.
