Melisa Tunalieva

I am a law student at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (LL.M., MBA of Law, expected 2026) with hands-on experience as a legal assistant in corporate and tourism industries. I have drafted and reviewed contracts, conducted legal research, and managed corporate and regulatory correspondence for legal departments.

My roles included preparing, reviewing and supervising contracts and international transport agreements, maintaining litigation databases, and liaising with state institutions and regulatory agencies. I have also worked on customer-facing duties — assisting international tourists, coordinating transfers, and handling complaints — which strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills.

I am curious and ambitious, continuously expanding my knowledge in law, international relations, political science, psychology and literature, and I bring creativity, analytical thinking and a collaborative attitude to legal work and project organization.
