Melinda Rainsberger

I'm designing Fidelity's in-house term life offering, leading UX strategy and end-to-end experiences for insureds, case managers, and underwriters. I use the Fidelity Design System to create workflows and features adopted across UXD, underwriting, and development teams.

Previously, I led UX strategy and product design for insured, agent, customer care, and commercial experiences at SageSure and GeoVera. At Surround Insurance, I shaped the brand vision, product roadmap, and accessible design system while helping secure more than $3M in funding, including MassChallenge Platinum.

My work spans insurance, healthcare, brand, video, web, animation, and education. I've designed for clients including Amazon, the US Navy, AARP, Microsoft, New York Life, UnitedHealth, CVS/Caremark, and RISD, and I've taught UX, animation, video production, and creative problem-solving.
