In my International Client Relations & Customer Experience Manager role, I manage international B2B sales activities for carpet products, from lead generation through order completion. I research prospective clients and target-market needs to inform outreach and product positioning.

I communicate with clients, present products, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate orders through the export stage. I also gather feedback and conduct needs analysis to identify ways to improve the customer experience and product offering.

As an English Language Instructor and private and online tutor, I deliver personalized lessons and develop tailored learning materials. I adapt sessions to learners’ goals and track their progress throughout the learning journey.
