What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer experience, business operations, or data-focused role where I can improve processes, support customers, collaborate across teams, and use analytics and digital tools to drive better outcomes.

I've supported customer experience and business operations at Benefit Architects, resolving agent and member inquiries while coordinating timely marketing-material shipments.

I helped migrate 800+ members to a new platform and GoCardless payment system, managing communications and resolving transition concerns proactively.

At UNT, I supported Digital Retailing coursework and guided students in consumer analytics and data visualization. I also led computer lab operations, supported hiring and orientations, and provided technical troubleshooting for students.
