What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to grow my writing and communication skills while contributing to meaningful projects in a collaborative environment.

As a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of New York at Plattsburgh, I have developed a strong foundation in writing and communication. My experience as a Public Relations Intern for the Fraternity and Sorority Life allowed me to hone my skills in article writing and social media management, where I successfully engaged with alumni and highlighted their stories.

In addition to my internship, I contributed to Cardinal Points, the student-run newspaper, where I wrote sports articles and game notes, enhancing my ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with teammates. My involvement with the Plattsburgh Association of Black Journalists further solidified my commitment to diversity and inclusion in media, as I organized events and educational programs on campus.
