I’m a dedicated and compassionate Social Work graduate seeking a Community Development Worker position, where I can apply my knowledge of community engagement, case documentation, and social services to support individuals and communities. I bring a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth while staying focused on people-centered work.

Through my Field Instruction / Practicum, I gained hands-on experience in a Community Based setting, assisting in community activities and outreach programs. Under supervision, I helped prepare case records and reports, and participated in client interviews and assessments while supporting the implementation of social welfare programs.

I also strengthened my work habits and communication through practical roles such as Timekeeper and Admin/Traffic Secretary, where organization and coordination mattered daily. These experiences support how I approach teamwork, report writing, and problem-solving—always with empathy, clarity, and reliability in mind.
