What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend architectural design with hands-on site supervision, managing blueprints, budgets, and ITSE/muncipal compliance—so I can deliver retail and corporate projects with strong deadlines, quality, and clear communication.

I’m a Project Architect and site-focused professional with nearly 4 years of experience in architectural project development and site residency assistance for retail and corporate projects. I bring a practical, on-site mindset that connects design intent to buildable execution.

Across remodeling, office expansions, and retail implementations, I’ve handled finish supervision, blueprint modification, and architectural design—from preliminary plans to technical dossier support (memories, certificates, and warranty letters). I coordinate technical specialties to prevent interferences and keep construction aligned with quality expectations.

On the field side, I lead site residency and supervision for contractors and subcontractors, including HVAC maintenance and new equipment installation where required. I’m responsible for ITSE files, municipal permits, inspection follow-ups, and delivery-ready documentation for client handover.

I also own budgeting discipline: preparing quotes and budgets, controlling construction costs, managing add-ons and deductions, and conducting quote comparisons to support profitability.
