What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead infrastructure and venue operations for major sports organizations—owning project delivery, maintenance, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to ensure compliant, world-class matchday experiences.

I’m an experienced architect with over 10 years in building design, construction, and facility management. I currently serve as Head of Infrastructure at Club Alianza Lima, where I manage new projects and ongoing maintenance for Alejandro Villanueva Stadium.

I maintain the stadium (53,000 m²) for 30,000 spectators and drive improvements across fields, stands, security systems, sports spaces, service spaces, and more—delivering more than 2,500 m² of new construction/rehabilitation. I also prepared and administered budgets, implementing more than 6 million dollars across maintenance and new projects.

Beyond construction, I oversee operational readiness and event execution for 20+ CONMEBOL matches and 120+ Liga 1 matches. I coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders end-to-end—suppliers, production, broadcast, security, sponsors, tenants, and partners—while ensuring detail-focused compliance before, during, and after events.
