I’m looking for a clinician-support role where I can ensure accurate, real-time EHR documentation, chart review, and patient history taking—especially in cardiology and outpatient settings—while maintaining confidentiality and supporting multidisciplinary care.

I am an MBBS-qualified physician with over three years of clinical experience in cardiology and outpatient care. I focus on accurate, real-time clinical documentation—patient histories, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

I support continuity of care by reviewing ECGs and laboratory/imaging results to ensure complete and accurate medical records.
