What I'm looking for

I'm open to clinical, medical officer, and remote healthcare documentation roles where I can combine patient care, accurate clinical records, coding, billing support, and evidence-based medical research.

I'm a PMDC-registered physician currently providing daily OPD consultations, emergency assessment, health screenings, and fitness evaluations at CMH PSC.

I maintain clinical records and monthly medical reports, coordinate with physicians and specialists, and deliver preventive-health education on nutrition and mental health.

During my house officer rotations at Combined Military Hospital Lahore, I worked across internal medicine, cardiology, pediatrics, general surgery, and dermatology. I documented care in EMR/EHR systems, interpreted ECGs, and assisted with emergency and surgical cases.

I've also supported multi-specialty outpatient revenue cycles through ICD-10 and CPT coding, claims follow-up, chart review, medical transcription, and clinical scribing. My research work includes systematic reviews, meta-analyses, literature searches, statistical analysis, and manuscript preparation.
