What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time, on-site Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering internship where I can apply my build-and-ship mindset to data products at scale.

I've built end-to-end data products including NeuroHire, a hiring-risk predictor trained on IBM HR Analytics data, and an AI-powered business analytics dashboard for telecom churn. My work turns raw datasets into decision-ready dashboards, predictive scores, and executive recommendations.

Using Python, Pandas, scikit-learn, Streamlit, and Plotly, I've cleaned data, engineered features, benchmarked classification models, and deployed interactive applications. For NeuroHire, I tuned a Gradient Boosting model to 79.3% accuracy, 0.81 weighted F1, and 0.82 ROC-AUC.

I'm completing a B.S. in Data Science at Air University and expanding into AWS, SageMaker, and MLOps. I'm seeking a full-time, on-site Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering internship where I can build and ship data-driven products at scale.
