I'm looking for an opportunity to create thoughtful, research-driven content and digital narratives while using my writing, editing, and empathetic communication skills in a structured, collaborative environment.

I've supported Google users through Cognizant, listening closely to concerns and delivering clear, accurate communication within quality and compliance standards.

Alongside customer support operations, I develop digital narratives and scripts for YouTube, researching literary themes, cultural discourse, and modern social narratives for storytelling.

My academic work at Delhi University includes comparative analysis of gender roles in Indian literature and research into the philosophical and ethical dimensions of the Eightfold Path in Buddhism.
