At Infosys, I support PMO, project reporting, and operations across approximately 80 project codes, 25+ Project Managers, and a USD 102M portfolio.
I own billing, revenue, budget, and expense tracking, while preparing recurring reports on project status, financials, SLA/KPI performance, and milestones. I consolidate and validate inputs from 20+ project teams to improve reporting accuracy and give delivery leadership timely visibility.
I use Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SharePoint, and ServiceNow to streamline reconciliation and documentation. I’ve also supported contractor analysis, subcontractor optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives involving approximately 200 contractors and subcontractors.
