What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading clinical education, employee health, nursing operations, and safe patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

At Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital of Newnan, I coordinate clinical education, BLS/ACLS compliance, staff orientation, competencies, student rotations, and employee health programs. I also support workplace safety, injury response, wellness initiatives, and regulatory training requirements.

I've progressed from Certified Nursing Assistant and Patient Care Technician to Licensed Practical Nurse, Clinical Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, and Hospital Educator. Across telemetry, med/surg, neuro, heart failure, and rehabilitation settings, I've supervised nursing teams, managed staffing and patient flow, supported rapid response and code teams, and delivered accountable patient-centered care.
