In Business Sales Performance Analytics, I analyzed 5,000+ orders across 4 regions using Power BI and SQL to uncover ~$22K in losses, build KPI views (including profit margin and regional performance), and recommend discontinuing a furniture segment to recover an estimated $8K+ annually.

I also dig into growth and retention drivers. For Marketing Funnel & Conversion Analysis, I mapped the user journey in Power BI and identified a 20% overall conversion rate with cart abandonment as the biggest drop-off point, proposing 2 targeted UX improvements estimated to improve checkout conversion by 10–15%. For Customer Retention & Churn Analysis, I analyzed 3,000+ customer records to identify month-to-month contracts (43% churn) and new users (53% churn) as highest-risk segments, then recommended onboarding and contract incentive strategies projected to reduce overall churn by 12–18%.
