At the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania, I analyze and coordinate international climate policy for the upcoming LT presidency of the EU Council, including climate adaptation, climate action, gender equality, and local community engagement.
At the Environmental Protection Department under the Ministry of Environment, I led the development and delivery of an educational activity strategy on environmental policy nationwide. I facilitated workshops and translated complex legislation into accessible language.
My work has also included researching the connection between human behaviour and the environment at NARA, and assessing international NDC documents and solid waste emissions at the Global Alliance for Incinerator Alternatives. Through the European Union Climate Pact, I organize climate cafés and support community engagement through discussions, workshops, and storytelling.
