Alexandrina Glagoljewa

I am a multilingual content creator and documentary professional with over a decade of experience in storytelling that blends journalism, human rights, and documentary filmmaking. My passion lies in transforming complex topics into engaging formats, whether through social video or long-form films. I have a strong editorial vision and utilize digital tools to bring stories to life.

Currently, I work as an independent documentary filmmaker and creative lead, where I conceptualize, direct, and edit projects that focus on cultural identity, migration, and social change. I have developed a multilingual TV series on multicultural Lithuania and am co-creating festival-level documentaries. My experience includes leading the creative process from idea to final cut and actively building partnerships with producers and broadcasters.

Previously, I served as Editor-in-Chief and Content Producer for a media outlet focused on the Belarusian diaspora, where I led editorial production and developed engaging content across various platforms. My work as a journalist has also allowed me to write opinion pieces and features for prominent publications, enhancing my skills in cross-border reporting and cultural storytelling.
