I am an experienced QC/QA and EHS professional with a background in validation, quality management systems, and ASME BPVC-compliant vessel projects. I have led quality, validation and inspection activities for pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage projects, managing DQ/FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ and material/welding inspection.
As Assistant Manager and Head of Department, I implemented QMS/TQM processes, document control, audit preparedness, supplier/material inspection and training programs while liaising with customers and regulatory authorities. I also led EHS committees, performed risk assessments, and organized safety and competency training across cross-functional teams.
My certifications include CQI-IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, ASME-related training, NDT/RT and radiation control qualifications. I bring practical experience with SAP B1, calibration oversight, CAPA, and production oversight, and I consistently drive corrective actions to close nonconformities and achieve project handovers on quality terms.
