At Farzana Group, I lead a 250-member QA team across knit and woven factories, controlling cut-to-ship quality for printed and embroidered garments. Across around 18 years in garment quality, including Al Matrooshi General Trd. LLC, Clifton Group, and C&A Group, I've built QA teams, trained production and quality staff on QMS, 5S+1S, and product safety, and implemented Fishbone and Pareto root-cause analysis. I've reduced reject rates from 0.75% to 0.03%, achieved over 98% final-inspection pass rates, and helped deliver green technical and compliance audit results with no customer recalls or withdrawals.
