What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality and manufacturing improvement in a collaborative environment where I can prevent defects, strengthen process controls, develop QC teams, and apply RCA, CAPA, PFMEA, and data analysis to improve product quality.

I've led quality operations for United Surgical, Edison Industries, DBG Technology's Xiaomi factory operations, and vivo Bangladesh, improving manufacturing quality through process control, defect analysis, and corrective actions.

Across medical device and electronics manufacturing, I lead IPQC and QC teams, investigate nonconformities through RCA, CAPA, 8D, PFMEA, and 7 QC Tools, and turn quality trends into practical improvements. I've supported NPI readiness, FAI, line audits, market-failure analysis, and cross-functional action plans with Production, Engineering, R&D, and customer teams.

I'm recognized as a Xiaomi Quality Champion and bring hands-on experience with ISO 13485, Six Sigma, SPC, quality reporting, and digital QC systems.
