I’m a technology leader with “18+ years of experience” across software engineering, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, product development, and engineering leadership. I focus on turning business goals into reliable systems—through strong architecture, modern delivery practices, and motivated teams.

In my current role as “Senior Director – UI” at Optimas AI Technologies FZ LLP (Dubai, UAE), I lead with a product-and-platform mindset, driving UI engineering direction and helping teams execute consistently. Across my career, I’ve demonstrated a “proven track record” of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.

Before this, I served as “Lead Engineer | Senior Manager, IT & Business Transformation” at IPDC Finance PLC (Apr 2023 – Jul 2025), where I worked on transformation initiatives and engineering execution in an enterprise environment. Prior experience also includes engineering leadership roles such as Team Lead – Software Development and Senior Manager/Software Engineering responsibilities.

I bring a full-stack technical foundation alongside my leadership background, with hands-on experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Django. I’ve worked across AWS and DevOps practices, and I’m committed to “Agile Methodologies,” “Product Delivery,” and “Team Building” that make engineering outcomes repeatable.
