I’m an AI Automation Engineer and Full-Stack Developer who ships production AI systems end-to-end, from voice agents to CRM automation pipelines and GenAI-connected web apps. My data analytics background in SQL, Python, and Power BI helps me make automation decisions grounded in real data reasoning.

In my internship, I built a multilingual AI voice agent/IVR that handles inbound customer calls end-to-end without human intervention (English, Hindi, Bengali). I designed complete IVR conversation flows with SSML formatting, using prompt-engineering techniques to keep responses on-script and low-latency.

I also built a full CRM system in Zoho CRM, including a Call Logs module with 23 custom fields, a Clients Database with one-click AI calling, custom Deluge functions for bulk calling, and automated Hot/Warm/Cold lead scoring. I added service-expiry email reminders and a real-time KPI analytics dashboard, then connected the workflow with an end-to-end automation pipeline (Retell AI → Make.com → Zoho CRM) to eliminate manual data entry across support and follow-ups.

Beyond that, I’ve prototyped an HRM system (Lovable) covering 10 modules (including Payroll, Recruitment, Leave, and Performance) and I’m leading development of WowCircle 2.0, a full-stack relationship/CRM web app using Next.js, TypeScript, Convex, and Gemini AI on Vercel. Throughout, I’ve used Claude Code as an AI pair-programming workflow and stay comfortable across no-code and code-first stacks.
