What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can use my finance background and analytical skills to add real value. After 13+ years in banking operations and customer service, plus independent work in stock technical analysis, I want to move into a position such as financial analysis, market research, or customer support, where accuracy, discipline and client care matter.

At City Bank PLC., I work as Senior Executive Officer & Customer Service Manager at Islampur Road Branch. I conduct day-to-day General Banking Division operations, including account opening and customer service.

I manage foreign currency accounts, remittance transactions, term deposits, and Sanchayapatra services, with attention to documentation and regulatory compliance. I also handle cheque book and Pay Order processes.

I was selected as a branch champion for Finacle and AbabilNG. I also contributed data-driven ideas to the Retail PowerCore Innovation Team to enhance customer experience and streamline banking operations.

As a UAT member for the Loan Workflow (LWF) Software Development Project, I contributed actionable insights during development. I also have experience with stock technical analysis using AmiBroker.
