Mădălina Scripnic

I’m a Purchase to Pay Accountant building strong practical experience in invoice checking, pre-assigning and recording in accounting systems, vendor account reconciliation, and supporting month end closing. I also focus on compliance with internal control guidelines and on continuous improvement through automation/digitalization.

In my internship with OHL Express Network Management GmbH (DHL Group), I worked with Basware Alusta and SAP S/4 HANA workflows—posting incoming invoices, supporting electronic invoice approval, maintaining GR/IR clearing, and performing reconciliation, balancing, and cancellation of manual postings. I also supported general reporting related to KPIs/month end closing and prepared monthly evidence for audit reasons, while collaborating closely with purchasing, controlling, and other departments.

Alongside my work experience, I’m pursuing a Master in Accounting, Control and Corporate Finance and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. My background also includes factory production and an entertainment manager role, which strengthened my reliability, attention to detail, and communication in fast-moving environments.
