I am a dedicated SAP Consultant with a strong foundation in the SD and FI modules, gained through my experience at Deloitte and ongoing training. My journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, followed by a Master's in Economics, Organization, and Management from the University of Turin. This academic background has equipped me with a solid understanding of business processes and economic principles.
During my tenure at Deloitte, I provided user support for the order-to-cash and accounts payable/receivable cycles, focusing on testing accounting documents and drafting user documentation. My role required effective communication with both users and technical teams, ensuring seamless operations. I am currently enhancing my skills through SAP Master training, where I am learning about integrated workflows and customization.
