What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a procurement operations or accounts payable role where I can manage PR/PO and invoice workflows, maintain process accuracy and SLA compliance, and use Oracle, SAP, and Excel to support reporting and continuous improvement.

At Capgemini Technology Services India Limited, I create and process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Oracle and SAP S/4HANA, supporting approval workflows through PO generation.

I also support Accounts Payable operations, processing approximately 40–45 invoices per day through IBM ECM and SAP Fiori. My work includes invoice verification, invoice audits, credit note matching, and 3-way matching while maintaining more than 99.5% accuracy.

I've been recognized with the Rising Star Award and Xtramile Award for accuracy, quality, and consistent delivery, and received client appreciation twice for timely support and coordination. I was promoted from A2 Associate to A3 Process Associate within one year.

I use Advanced Excel for reporting, documentation, financial analysis, dashboards, and automation, including Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, and Excel Macros.
