I’m a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay (P2P) professional focused on reliable invoice processing and smooth procure-to-pay operations. I handle high-volume transactions while maintaining SLA timelines and strong quality standards.

In my roles at Capgemini India, I process 2-way and 3-way match invoices in SAP and manage Non-PO invoices, Freight invoices, Utility invoices, and Credit Notes. I verify and validate invoices, resolve discrepancies across PO, pricing, quantity, and tax issues, and keep vendor accounts accurate through statement reconciliation.

I also own GR/IR reconciliation by monitoring unmatched transactions and preparing payment proposals, including ad-hoc payments. I manage vendor queries through helpdesk and email communication, coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams, and send remittance advice after payment processing.

To support continuous improvement, I work in SAP and OpenText VIM for invoice processing and document management, assist month-end closing and audit requirements, and train new joiners on AP process activities. I bring strong stakeholder communication, discrepancy resolution, and process coordination to ensure smooth Australian client transaction stabilization.
