At icddr,b, I worked on research into pneumococcal surveillance and built a Shiny dashboard to present surveillance data.
My research has also covered antibiotic use and antimicrobial resistance among hospitalized children, as well as persistent symptoms after acute COVID-19 infection among frontline healthcare workers in Bangladesh.
My statistics projects include forecasting rainfall and groundwater hydrology, text mining, and classifying research articles using NLP. I hold an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Rajshahi.
