What I'm looking for

I want to leverage MIS and IT to improve decision-making and operational efficiency through ERP and data integration. I’m looking for a collaborative team, strong problem-solving opportunities, and room to grow while supporting digital transformation.

I’m an ERP & IT professional with expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology (IT). I’ve contributed to enhancing, monitoring, planning, testing, and implementing the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Logic Soft BD Ltd.), especially through the Administration Module, while supporting accurate data entry and report generation.

I also provide system administration and network support—designing and implementing network integrations, troubleshooting end-user hardware and software issues, and configuring active network equipment such as OLT, MikroTik, switches, routers, firewalls, IP cameras, and Wi‑Fi. I’ve supported CCTV surveillance systems and managed PABX systems to keep operations running smoothly.

Beyond operations, I create Power BI reports when requested by management and support MIS reporting across ERP and manual processes. I’m motivated by problem-solving, collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and continuous learning to drive digital transformation through well-integrated technology and information management principles.
