What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine IT support, ERP/hospital systems, and Python-based data analysis & visualization. I want to apply machine learning for practical insights while continuing to train users and improve real workflows.

I’m an IT Specialist & Data Analysis, Visualization with Python with hands-on experience in ERP software management, IT/technical support, and training users. I’ve worked across healthcare and corporate environments, delivering dependable system support and analytics-driven insights.

At the Institute of Allergy & Clinical Immunology of Bangladesh (IACIB), I handled hospital management, ERP software management, website maintenance, and end-user training. I also built data analysis and visualization using Python to support practical decision-making.

Previously at Akij Group and as an intern at TIME (Technical Institute of Management & Engineering), I strengthened my web development and technical support foundation. I bring strong skills in Python, machine learning (Logistic Regression, Random Forest), and structured data handling with Pandas/NumPy, plus IT support fundamentals like troubleshooting, networking, and configuration.
