I’m looking for a role where engineering-grade discipline meets client operations—owning facility reliability or technical support, improving processes with CRM/automation, and protecting client data with cybersecurity-first practices.

I’m a results-driven Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Building Services) with over 10 years of experience across HVAC/MEP design, maintenance reliability, project management, and QA/QC. I bring engineering rigour and operational leadership to work that demands precision, adaptability, and clear communication.

In my current role, I oversee facility engineering operations—leading planned preventive maintenance programs using CMMS-driven scheduling, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams for inspection, quality control, and delivery.

Alongside engineering work, I’ve built hands-on client operations capability: managing 40+ accounts weekly with HubSpot CRM and Trello, deploying Zapier automations to reduce missed client check-ins, and de-escalating issues using Slack and Loom screen-share support. I’ve also supported customer operations through Salesforce and ZOHO, including dashboarding in monday.com to reduce recurring complaints.
