I’m looking for remote roles where I can lead contract drafting/review, privacy/data protection, and compliance research; build legal operations workflows; and support startup legal risk with clear, client-ready legal writing.

I’m a common-law trained legal professional and Managing Partner / Legal Consultant at Callis & Prym Legal, supporting founders, startups, agencies, law firms, legal teams, compliance teams, and private clients. With an LL.M in Corporate and Financial Law, I focus on contracts, compliance, privacy/data protection, fintech, and digital assets research—turning complex issues into clear, client-ready deliverables.

Since 2016, I’ve led contract drafting and review, SaaS and service agreements work, NDAs, founder/shareholder documentation, and both employment and independent contractor agreements. I also produce compliance memos, privacy/data protection documentation, AML/KYC and fintech regulatory research, legal operations workflows, startup legal audits, policy drafting, and dispute-resolution support, managing intake, strategy, timelines, drafting, reviews, and remote delivery.
