I’m a “Commercial lawyer with over seven years of post-call experience” advising businesses on commercial contracts, transactional due diligence, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. I focus on legal risk management across drafting, reviewing, and negotiation—from inception to completion—including commercial real estate transactions.

In my work, I draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, leases, and MOUs, while conducting legal research and due diligence to support decision-making. I’m also committed to accuracy and practical solutions, strengthening my practice with data privacy foundations (NDPA/DPIAs) and “AI for Legal Contracting” alongside tools like Microsoft Office, legal research databases, and generative AI.
