I'm looking to provide practical legal advisory support on corporate, commercial, regulatory, fintech, and dispute-resolution matters, including contracts, governance, compliance, transactions, and legal risk management.

I'm currently providing in-house legal advisory services to O2 Spring Ltd. and remote legal advisory support to Afripay Ltd., covering corporate, commercial, contractual, regulatory and operational matters.

I draft and review commercial agreements, advise on legal and commercial risk, corporate governance, data protection, intellectual property, employment matters, and fintech and payment-related legal issues. I also support cross-border transactions, legal research, dispute response and practical business decisions.

Over more than 11 years in private practice and in-house advisory work, I've handled litigation, trial and appellate proceedings, property and financing transactions, loan-security documentation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
