I’m trained in crisis intervention and de-escalation, and I’ve delivered supervised individual and group counseling through Nkosi’s Haven in South Africa. I’ve led psycho-educational group sessions, maintained strict confidentiality, and used secure records to document client progress and inform care planning.

In school settings, I supported students through an Educational Assistant role at Elethu Themba Public School, applying a positive behavioral intervention and supports (PBIS)-style framework adapted to the local context. I also handled daily administrative operations, coordinated with teachers and administration, and served as a primary point of contact for parents and caregivers.

Right now, I’m working as an English Teacher at a public middle school in South Korea, designing curricula while maintaining comprehensive digital learner records and building Google Workspace tools to track student progress and engagement. I’m looking for a Mental Health Specialist role supporting students’ emotional and behavioral well-being with trauma-informed, confidential care.
