I am an experienced Team Leader and operations professional based in Utrecht, Netherlands. I have several years of experience in logistics, team coordination, customer service, employee scheduling, quality control, and daily operations.
I worked as a Team Leader at Cycloon Post B.V. and as a Process Leader at Instabox / Red Je Pakketje, where I coordinated employees, prepared schedules, monitored performance, trained new team members, handled operational issues, and communicated between employees and management.
I am reliable, organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. I enjoy solving problems and helping customers and colleagues.
