What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter role where I can build high-performing engineering and AI teams from the ground up, combining full-cycle hiring, stakeholder communication, employer branding, and hands-on AI/ML fluency.

I'm returning to technical recruitment with full-cycle hiring and HR operations experience from Mahaphant Fibre Cement, Star Engineers India, and OM Logistics.

At Mahaphant Fibre Cement, I closed an average of four open positions per month while managing payroll, statutory compliance, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
